Kim has been a licensed full time agent for more than 6 years serving Contra Costa and Alameda counties. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI designation) held by less than 25% of realtors nationwide in order to offer her clients a higher level of expertise when buying or selling real estate. Kim and her husband, Randy-a licensed realtor and general contractor, have teamed with the Schubb Group and specialize in retail, short and foreclosure sales. They are Walnut Creek residents for over 40 years helping buyers, sellers and remodelers all along the I-680 and Highway 4 corridors.
